Section 01 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1xbd website and all of its services. 1xbd operates an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. By registering an account on this platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended or closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Identity Verification

1xbd may request to verify your identity at any time. This process may require submitting a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Section 03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following methods and conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on 1xbd:

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Any deposit must be made from the account holder's own mobile banking account only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• 1xbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

Fraud Prevention

If any unusual transaction or suspected fraud is detected, 1xbd may temporarily suspend the account for investigation. If fraud is confirmed during the investigation, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Section 04 Bonus and Promotion Terms

1xbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming these benefits:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
• The total amount of the bonus and deposit must meet a 20x wagering requirement.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each eligible account will receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Policy

• 1xbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• One bonus cannot be used in combination with another bonus unless specifically stated.
• Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering — please refer to the detailed terms of the relevant promotion in such cases.
• If bonus benefits are misused, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can participate in 1xbd's VIP program. Weekly cashback is available according to VIP tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers by remaining regularly active. 1xbd reserves the right to change the cashback rates and terms.

Section 05 Gaming Rules

The 1xbd platform offers various types of games including slots, fishing games, casino, and sports betting. All games are operated following fair play principles.

General Gaming Policy

• Each game is governed by its own rules set by the game provider.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, 1xbd reserves the right to determine the correct result.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting

• Betting odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

In the case of permanent account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses, where applicable) will be returned. However, if the reason for closure is fraud or a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

Section 09 Limitation of Liability

1xbd is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
• Issues caused by third-party software or services.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or error.
• Unforeseen events (force majeure) beyond the control of 1xbd.

Section 10 Dispute Resolution

Complaints Process

3. A final decision will be communicated once a full investigation into complex matters is complete.
4. The final decision of 1xbd will be considered binding.

Section 11 Miscellaneous Provisions

Changes to Terms

1xbd reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified appropriately of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and 1xbd. Any prior oral or written agreements preceding this document are considered null and void.
